Palace of the Itamaraty, with arches that reflect in a mirror
of water where there are islands of tropical plants, is the
headquarters of the State Department and looks like a palace
of crystal. Was projected by Oscar Niemeyer and located next
to the Plaza of the Three Powers, the building, with works of
art that are integrated to the vain, have architectural project
of 30 and 36 meters of length, a helicoidal stair uniting the
floors and internal gardens projected by the landscape gardener
Roberto Burle Marx, is considered a masterpiece of the contemporary
